Regardless of whether you travel by air, train, or car Hotel Stáció Wellness & Conference is always easy to reach. The Hotel is located 15 minutes away from Budapest International Airport, about 20 minutes away from the Lenovo Manufacturing facility in Üllő, and 45 minutes south-east of Budapest city center.

Q: I’m flying into Budapest, is the airport pickup provided? 
We would be delighted to offer Customers attending Lenovo ISG Study Tour event complimentary taxi transfer between the Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport and the Hotel Stáció Wellness & Conference that serves as our event venue.

On arrival, to transfer from Budapest International Airport to Hotel Stáció, please head to the Főtaxi taxi rank located at the exits of Terminals 2A and 2B and tell the agent in the Főtaxi booth that you would like to go to the Hotel Stáció.

Hotel Stáció will arrange the payment after your journey directly with Főtaxi, so that you do not need to pay the taxi driver.

Q: Is it possible to park at the venue?
Guests arriving by car are welcome to use the Hotel parking facilities. As spaces are limited, please email lwojdat@lenovo.com to confirm your reservation.

Q: How do I get between the hotel and dinners and activity?
For guests’ convenience, we have arranged transfers between Hotel Stáció and the Lenovo Study Tour event locations in Budapest.

Q: Is there a dress code?

We recommend smart casual attire for business meetings, and comfortable footwear when visiting Lenovo Manufacturing Center. 

On Tuesday evening, we have planned a special evening program in Budapest city center. On the agenda is Budapest's First Strudel House restaurant with its traditional Hungarian cuisine, followed by an evening river cruise - here you can take some stunning night pictures of the Hungarian Parliament Building, Castle District and more!

Please make sure to take with you something warmer i.e. jacket that is suitable to the weather conditions during your trip.

Q: I’m on special diet, what should I do?
Please kindly notify us about your dietary requirements while completing your event registration form. While ordering event catering, we will keep in mind provided information.

Q: Do I need travel insurance?
Please be advised that travel insurance for the duration of the event is at responsibility of each individual attending the event. All attendees are kindly requested to ensure their travel insurance covers for illness, accidents, personal injury and loss of property.
